The media and arts of our age define the narrative of our time. As long as that narrative is absent diverse voices, we will be unable to create the equity and inclusion that is the crucial demand of our time.

At Yellow Brick we seek to play a part in rewriting the global narative by using deeply impactful creative interventions to enable those whose voices have too long gone unheard.

Incredible learning experiences for our kids. Yellow Brick uses theatre, music and dance to help them embrace learning in new ways. Mashal connects with each child on an individual level and is an inspiring mentor, always prepared to do that little bit extra.

Unsent Letters was truly a magical experience. I was amazed by how Mashal Peerzada and her partners enabled a group of people, most of who had never met before, to express real thoughts and just for a moment pause everything in their lives to attend to their own feelings. By the end of the session, I felt empowered knowing I had another tool to reach out to myself.

Filmmaking cannot be taught from books. Mashal of Yellow Brick is a born teacher and has spent the last nine years creating powerful, hands-on workshops that allow students to find their storytelling voice and bring their ideas to life.
